Following a 25-million euro reconstruction, the Out
of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort gone for its final
lift to reach perfection.
The main building of the resort complex, up-to-now known as
Capsis Beach Hotel is currently undergone a total renovation and now is
called the “Crystal Energy Hotel”.
The existing building changed to a modern and
luxurious 5-stars deluxe hotel offering spacious one-bedroom suites.
The concept for the creation of this hotel is to create a central hotel
for the resort where people can meet, shop and amuse themselves in the
different restaurant and bar facilities created.
The interior decor of this hotel has a great emphasis
on comfort and modern art architecture.
The hotel offers guests a new luxurious lobby area
with shops, new bar/lounge, new gym with sea views, a new swimming pool
with an exclusive gourmet restaurant and virtual bowling.
It features art mosaic mannequins from the company
Sicis and the external design is minimal and luxurious as the whole
property.
This 5-star deluxe resort hotel is located
on a private peninsula, 20
minutes from the City and the International Airport of Heraklion
and next to the traditional fishing village of Aghia
Pelaghia.
The 5-star deluxe resort hotel complex has been awarded with
the 2008 Star Diamond Award and
is ideally, centrally situated on the island of Crete, providing easy
and quick access to all Ancient Sites for excursions.

Crystal Energy Hotel
The Crystal Energy Hotel is situated in
the centre of the resort hotel complex, giving it
excellent access to the other resort restaurants, bars, beaches and
swimming-pools.
It is surrounded by gardens and located on the tip of the
peninsula, overlooking the St. Athanasios Chapel and the
Cladissos private hotel beach.

El Greco Gourmet Restaurant
The
restaurant is located at the lobby area of the RUBY RED Regal Hotel,
overlooking the Aghia Pelaghia gulf, the RUBY RED Regal Hotel swimming
pool and the St. Athanassios Chapel of the hotel amidst the colourful
gardens.
The El Greco Gourmet Restaurant provides an imposing
environment and excellent service and offers an outstanding “a la
carte” menu with a wide choice of Greek gourmet specialties for dinner
accompanied by the soft sounds of the pianist.

Located
at the RUBY RED, Regal Hotel this stylish restaurant features two
dining rooms connected with an atrium, glass front doors to allow the
lovely view of the sea and the gardens and a spacious front veranda

the “Knossos” Minoan Palace, crystal chandeliers and antique furniture
compose the unique style of this restaurant.
The hotel offers a
choice in International and Greek dishes, serving daily American Buffet
Breakfast and Silver Service Dinner with the first course and Cheese
presented in Buffet style and the choices of Main Courses and Desserts
served to guests.
